Same-day pick-up:

We will be able to respond right away to any delivery pick ups on the same day (Please acknowledge that same-day pick up does not guarantee same-day delivery – dependent on length of time of transit)

Same-day delivery:

Guaranteed delivery the same day of shipping (within reasonable transit time)

Rush-Delivery Services:

We are able to respond to urgent pick-ups and make their delivery quickly (Within reasonable transit time)
Direct Delivery Service: We will be able to take pick ups from point A to point B with no stops in between (Depending on distance, stops for gas, food, or lodging may be required)

Scheduled Services:

We will be able to make guaranteed on time scheduled pick-ups and deliveries (We can customize our services to meet any customer’s unique shipping requirements)

Freighter Services:

We have the capabilities to haul from 1 lb up to 10,000 lb (We can fit up to 10 pallets at a time)

Delivery Service Information:

Type of vehicle: Depending on size of vehicle required for the delivery, additional charges may apply
Waiting Time: No charge for waiting time <30 minutes; Add an additional $10 for every 30 minutes
Time of day: +$15 on top of rate for Sat-Sun deliveries, +$15 on top of rate after-hour deliveries from 6pm-9pm or 6am-8am, +$20 late-hour deliveries 9pm-6am
Weight: Add $8 for every 100 LB
Incorrect Address: Additional charges may apply depending on distance of travel
Additional Fees: ex: Toll Bridge Fee, Parking fee, dumping fee

Cancellations/ Dry Runs: Free cancellation of deliveries prior to driver being sent out, free cancellation of deliveries within 20 minutes of driver being sent out (before pick up), 50% rate of delivery for cancelled orders after pick up
